Here Is the Protocol I Mentioned

Straight from mama's remedy book — what she kept for men who came to her with this kind of trouble...
The Protocol:
Three things, done together every day:
Morning: Steep one tablespoon of dried saw palmetto berries in two cups of hot water for fifteen minutes. Strain and drink warm. Saw palmetto has been used in folk medicine across the American South for generations specifically for men's urinary health. Mama always kept it dried in the pantry.

Evening: One cup of warm parsley seed tea — steep one teaspoon of dried parsley seed in hot water for ten minutes. Parsley seed is one of the strongest natural diuretic and urinary support herbs in the Appalachian tradition. It helps the body release what it is holding without forcing it.

Before bed: A warm compress made from a cloth soaked in hot water with two drops of cypress essential oil, placed on the lower abdomen for ten minutes. Cypress has been used in herbal folk medicine to support circulation and reduce internal congestion in the lower body.

Do all three every day for two weeks.

But here is what I need to be straight with you about.

Mama's remedies work. I have used them myself and I have seen them help people in this community for years. These three things together will make a real difference to how the body functions day to day.

But they address the circulation and the environment. What they cannot reach is what has already built up inside over months and years of that environment being wrong.

Think of it this way — you can improve water pressure by clearing the pipes that feed the system. But if something has been accumulating inside the main pipe itself for years, that is a different problem. One that requires getting inside it specifically.

That is what the video below explains. Mama did not have access to what is in that video. But she would have used it.
