Morning: Steep one tablespoon of dried saw palmetto berries in two cups of hot water for fifteen minutes. Strain and drink warm. Saw palmetto has been used in folk medicine across the American South for generations specifically for men's urinary health. Mama always kept it dried in the pantry.
Evening: One cup of warm parsley seed tea — steep one teaspoon of dried parsley seed in hot water for ten minutes. Parsley seed is one of the strongest natural diuretic and urinary support herbs in the Appalachian tradition. It helps the body release what it is holding without forcing it.
Before bed: A warm compress made from a cloth soaked in hot water with two drops of cypress essential oil, placed on the lower abdomen for ten minutes. Cypress has been used in herbal folk medicine to support circulation and reduce internal congestion in the lower body.
Do all three every day for two weeks.
